Have you ever noticed that in restaurants water often comes with a slice of lemon. Well, it’s not just for the flavor. Did you know that drinking lemon water daily could benefit your health?

Squeezing half a lemon into a glass or cup of warm water provides you with one-sixth of your daily-recommended dose of vitamin C. The extra boost of vitamin C is vital because the nutrient keeps your skin healthy and boosts your immune system. But drink it on an empty stomach please 🙂

 Here comes the why you should drink lemon water:

Even though it is not a miracle cure, I love it and I am convinced that drinking lemon water as a first thing in the morning is a good thing.
